15th July 2010 Project for Union Learning Skillnet The Project for Union Learning is a trade union led Skillnet which provides a range of Industrial Relations, Information Technology and Technical skills training to trade union representatives, officials, members and staff. The network is made up of IMPACT, SIPTU, TEEU and a number of private sector and commercial semi state companies. The project is currently recruiting a Project Manager. This is a part time (21hrs per week) fixed term contract. The successful candidate will be based in the TEEU Head Office at 6 Gardiner Row, Dublin 1. Reporting to the project steering committee the manager will have responsibility for the day to day administration of the project, organising network courses and events and meeting all Skillnet project reporting requirements. The idea candidate will have a third level Qualification and a recognised Qualification in Training and Development. Experience of project management and working in a trade union environment will be an advantage.
